Rokabella covers an area of approximately 198,510 square metres, with access from the TF-47 road. The properties stretch across 300 metres of coastline on an incline that slopes down to the sea.
The first phase of the development project includes vehicle access and roads within the residential area, a footpath and two green spaces: one with a play area and another located lower down near the sea consisting of terraced gardens next to the footpath.

The Rokabella Partial Plan aims to adapt an area of almost 200,000 m² as a residential area, with all the comforts and services, for a quality life in an exceptional location in Costa Adeje, overlooking the ocean.
It consists of two action units: the UE-1 with 73,973 m² and the UE-2 with 124,537 m², which represents a total area of 198,510 m².
The Rokabella Plan has single-family and group residential plots and green areas in both the UE-1 and UE-2 action units, as well as pedestrian walkways connecting the entire area.
In addition, each unit is completed with other specific endowments, so that in UE-1 there will be plots for educational and sports use and in the UE-2 areas there will be a tourist centre and even a seafront promenade.
The works for developing the UE-1 have begun in January 2018, this being the first phase of this plan. The development of UE-2 will take place during a future second phase.
